Yggdrasil Appoints David Hopkins As Chief Transformation Officer

Yggdrasil Gaming has appointed David Hopkins as Chief Transformation Officer as the company looks to scale its technology, products and operating model.

Hopkins joins with experience at gaming companies including Flutter and Entain, where he worked across business transformation and high-growth operations.

In his new role, he will work across Yggdrasil’s Product, Technology, Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Legal functions, with a focus on simplifying operations and supporting the execution of the company’s growth strategy.

Hopkins To Support Yggdrasil Strategic Pillars

Yggdrasil said the appointment follows a period of investment in technology, tools and operating models, with its focus now shifting towards scaling and commercialising those developments.

A central part of Hopkins’ remit will involve the company’s Game in a Box™, Studio in a Box™ and YGG Masters initiatives.

He will work to ensure each area has the operational structure, capabilities and commercial focus required to support further expansion and long-term growth.
