Caesars Entertainment Launches Empire Builder Loyalty Feature For Online Casino Players
The new digital rewards experience allows Caesars customers to earn bonuses through casino and sports betting activity, expanding the operator's Caesars Rewards programme.

Caesars Entertainment has introduced Empire Builder, a new digital loyalty feature designed to reward online casino and sports betting customers through an interactive progression system integrated with Caesars Rewards.
The feature allows eligible players to accumulate Tier Credits through their online gambling activity, advancing along a progress meter that unlocks rewards and bonuses throughout the month. Progress resets at the beginning of each new month, providing customers with recurring opportunities to access incentives based on their activity.
Empire Builder is available through Caesars Palace Online Casino and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino in eligible US jurisdictions, representing the operator's latest effort to strengthen customer engagement across its digital gambling platforms.
The launch also introduces Reward Credit Boost, a feature that awards additional Caesars Rewards credits according to a customer's existing loyalty tier and their progress within Empire Builder.
Caesars Introduces Interactive Digital Rewards Experience
Empire Builder builds on the existing Caesars Rewards programme by introducing a progression-based system specifically designed for online casino and sportsbook customers. Rather than relying solely on conventional loyalty points, the feature provides a visual representation of customers' progress towards rewards, with new incentives becoming available as they accumulate qualifying Tier Credits.
The system operates on a monthly cycle, allowing players to unlock bonuses during each period before their progress meter resets. Reward Credit Boost adds another element to the programme, linking the number of Reward Credits awarded to both a player's Caesars Rewards status and their advancement through Empire Builder.
Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital, said the development reflects changing expectations around loyalty programmes and the growing importance of interactive experiences within online gambling.
“Players increasingly want rewards experiences that feel engaging and interactive, not just transactional,” Hession said. He described Empire Builder as the company's first feature developed specifically for digital customers that combines the wider Caesars Rewards programme with a more tailored approach to engagement across its online casino and sportsbook brands.
The new system will operate alongside Caesars Rewards' existing redemption options, which allow customers to exchange Reward Credits for benefits including hotel accommodation, dining, entertainment and free play. By connecting online gambling activity with rewards available across its wider hospitality and entertainment business, Caesars is seeking to strengthen engagement between its digital platforms and established loyalty programme.
Launch Follows Expansion Of Caesars Digital Portfolio
The introduction of Empire Builder follows several developments within Caesars Entertainment's online gaming operations, including the recent launch of Remote Roulette at Tropicana Atlantic City in New Jersey.
That offering expanded the operator's digital casino portfolio by introducing a roulette experience connected to its established land-based gaming operations. Together with Empire Builder, the developments demonstrate Caesars' continued investment in digital products and customer engagement features.
The company has also reported improved financial performance from its digital division. In its third-quarter 2026 results, Caesars Digital recorded adjusted EBITDA of $44 million, compared with $28 million during the corresponding period in 2025.
The year-on-year increase reflects stronger earnings from the division as Caesars continues developing its online casino and sports betting operations across regulated US markets.
Empire Builder adds a new component to that strategy, providing customers with additional incentives to participate in Caesars Rewards while using the company's digital gambling products.
Although Caesars has confirmed the feature's availability across its principal online casino brands in eligible jurisdictions, it has not disclosed specific participation targets or projected financial contributions from the new programme.
