SiGMA North America Awards 2026 Shortlist Announced
The public voting phase opens across North and Latin American iGaming categories ahead of the official ceremony in Mexico City.

The organisers of the SiGMA North America Awards 2026 have unveiled this year’s finalists, with voting now open to industry participants and judges until 31 August.
The awards ceremony will take place on 1 September at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City, as part of the wider SiGMA North America event, bringing together representatives from the North American and Latin American gaming markets.
The awards will also feature support from BetConstruct’s artificial intelligence technology as part of the programme recognising companies and individuals across the gaming and betting industry.
Awards Cover Broad Range of Categories
Following the conclusion of the nomination period, finalists have been selected across a range of categories spanning the gaming and betting ecosystem.
These include Breakthrough Operator 2026, Best Casino Operator 2026 – Latin America and Best Sports Betting Operator 2026 – North America.
Other categories include Best Player Experience 2026, Best Game Studio 2026, Best Payment Solution 2026 and Best AI and Innovation Solution 2026.
The programme will also recognise Industry Innovator 2026, Responsible Gaming Initiative 2026, Best Affiliate 2026and Best Marketing Campaign 2026.
Additional awards will spotlight game development, new titles, live casino, sports data, influencer marketing and other contributions to the sector.
Leading Industry Names Among Finalists
The 2026 finalist list features companies and professionals from across North and Latin America, representing operators, technology providers, game studios, payment companies, platforms, affiliates and advertising businesses.
Among the names included are Betsson Group, BetMGM, Caliente Interactive, SPRIBE, EveryMatrix, Sportradar, Pragmatic Play and BGaming.
Other finalists include SOFTSWISS, BetConstruct, Optimove and PaymentIQ, alongside companies operating across gaming technology, payments, game development and affiliate services.
Individual awards will also recognise professionals for their contributions to areas including innovation, leadership and technological development.
Awards Ceremony Heads to Mexico City
The ceremony forms part of the SiGMA North America programme, which runs from 1–3 September 2026 in Mexico City.
The Hyatt Regency Mexico City will host the awards, with the evening combining the presentation of trophies with networking and entertainment.
Journalist Carolina Vallejo and senior events and media relations host Mark Anthony Borg will host the ceremony.
The judging panel includes representatives from across the industry, including Fellipe Fraga, Commercial Director at Stellar Gaming; Cristhian Gomez Villa, Managing Director of Emerging Markets at Betsson Group; Mariano Hernandez Castillo, Product Director at Corporación Caliente; and Dr Miguel Ángel Ochoa Sánchez, Executive President of AIEJA.
Charity Auction to Feature on Awards Night
Alongside the awards presentation, the evening will include a live charity auction supporting the SiGMA Foundation.
Luxury items and custom artworks will be offered during the auction, with proceeds directed towards the foundation’s initiatives supporting underserved communities.
The auction will add a philanthropic element to the awards, giving attendees the opportunity to support the foundation while taking part in the evening’s celebrations.
Voting for the SiGMA North America Awards 2026 remains open until 31 August.
